Who Is
Ken Michaels

Ken began his career with Wisely Advised as an intern in 2021 while attending Indiana University Northwest. Since then, he has grown from an intern into an advisor and has developed a passion for helping clients navigate the many financial decisions that come with building, protecting, and transitioning wealth. Ken takes a personal approach to financial planning, believing that effective advice begins with understanding the person behind the numbers. He works closely with his clients to understand where they are today, where they want to go, and how the pieces of their financial lives can work together to help them get there.

Beyond his work at Wisely Advised, Ken has remained actively involved in the Northwest Indiana community. He served as President of the Crown Point Chamber of Commerce for three years, where he was involved in supporting local businesses, strengthening community relationships, and helping foster growth within the organization. He continues to serve his community through his role as a board member of Members Source Credit Union.

Outside of the office, Ken enjoys spending time with friends and family and pursuing his longtime interest in numismatics. He is an avid collector of coins and currency and enjoys the history and stories behind the pieces he collects.
